Jane is an experienced sustainability and legal professional dedicated to working and learning alongside passionate people to improve our collective future.
With over 13 years’ experience working in and with ASX100 companies, certified B corporations, charities and government organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom, Jane has worked with a wide variety of stakeholders, from executives and investors to those responsible for project delivery at the asset level.
Jane has held various sustainability roles in the technology, property and construction industries and worked as a lawyer in the social justice sphere, focusing on human rights, criminal and charity law. At Stockland, Jane led Stockland’s community investment strategy and spearheaded the development and delivery of the Stockland Care Foundation.
Jane was a Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, focusing on white collar crime, child exploitation and human trafficking and modern slavery matters. She was a member of the Interdepartmental Committee and Operational Working Group, responsible for the implementation of the Australian Federal Government’s National Action Plan to Combat Modern Slavery.
Jane lives in Sydney with her partner and their daughter.
